2. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund must be requested within 7 calendar days of the original purchase;
- The request must be for a new subscription (not a renewal);
- The issue you experienced must be unresolvable by our support team after a reasonable troubleshooting attempt;
- You must contact us through one of the official channels listed in Section 6.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Contact our support team via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram;
- Provide your order ID, delivery email, and a brief description of the issue;
- Allow our team up to 24 hours to attempt to resolve the issue;
- If the issue cannot be resolved, your refund will be approved and processed.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to the original payment method.
- Card / PayPal: 3–5 business days;
- Bitcoin (BTC): within 24 hours, sent to the wallet of origin;
- USDT (TRC-20): within 24 hours.
The exact timing depends on your card issuer or wallet provider.
5. Refund Exclusions
Refunds are not granted in the following situations:
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase;
- Renewals of existing subscriptions;
- Reseller credit purchases (governed by separate reseller terms);
- Subscriptions that have been used to consume more than 24 hours of viewing total;
- Issues caused by your own internet connection, device, or third-party application;
- Violation of our Terms of Service (account abuse, credential sharing).
6. Disputes
If you believe your refund request was incorrectly denied, please reply to our support email so we can review the case. We aim to resolve all refund disputes amicably within 5 business days.
