IPTV Lux — Terms of Service

The Service is delivered as a digital subscription. You will receive credentials (M3U URL and/or Xtream login) by email after your payment is confirmed. The Service is intended for personal, private use only.

2.1 Content

Channel availability, VOD library content, quality, and bitrates may vary based on third-party rights-holder availability, geographic restrictions, and technical conditions. We do not guarantee that any specific channel or content will remain available throughout your subscription.

3. Account & Credentials

Your IPTV credentials are personal and confidential. You agree to:

  • Keep your credentials secure and not share them with anyone;
  • Limit simultaneous connections to the number permitted by your plan;
  • Use the Service only on devices you own or control;
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts found to be sharing credentials beyond the permitted simultaneous connection limit.

4. Payment & Billing

All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are billed in full at the time of purchase. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

Payment processing is handled by certified third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, BTCPay). IPTV Lux does not store your full card details.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or charges imposed by your payment provider.

5. Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are sold as one-time purchases of fixed duration (1, 3, 6, or 12 months). They do not auto-renew unless you choose to renew manually. Your subscription begins from the date of activation indicated in your delivery email.

6. Cancellation & Refund

You may stop using the Service at any time. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which provides a 7-day money-back guarantee under the conditions described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through the Service, including channels, VOD titles, logos, EPG data, and software, is the property of its respective rights holders. You may not record, redistribute, resell, broadcast publicly, or modify any content received through the Service.

The IPTV Lux brand, logo, website design, and panel software are the property of IPTV Lux. Any use of our trademarks without written permission is prohibited.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in any unlawful activity or distribute illegal content;
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without an active reseller agreement;
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source URLs from our infrastructure;
  • Perform any action that may impair, overload, or disrupt the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. IPTV Lux is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our maximum liability to you, in aggregate, shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, share credentials, or engage in any prohibited conduct described in Section 8.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
